To augment these protective effects, a standardized lignan extract from Norwegian spruce has been added to Super MiraForte. These lignans convert to enterolactones in the intestine that are then rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream where they provide significant biological effects. Enterolactones have demonstrated anti-estrogen and anti-DHT effects that are of particular importance for the aging prostate gland.

Dosage and Use

For adult men, take two capsules in the morning and two in the evening, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. This product can be taken with or without food.

Caution

If you are taking any medication, use only under physician supervision. Men with existing prostate cancer may not be able to use this product. Elevations in free testosterone can unmask an occult (hidden) prostate cancer. Anyone with this concern should have a baseline PSA prior to using this product and a follow-up PSA test 60 days later. If a significant elevation of PSA is found, discontinue this product and advise physician. Do not take more than 15 mg per day of Bioperine®.
