elemental potassium combined with 401 milligrams
orotic acid. Orotates are the mineral salts of
orotic acid, a substance found in the body and in a
number of foods, whose use was developed by the
German physician Hans Nieper. Orotic acid acts as a
mineral carrier, which may provide improved delivery
of minerals throughout the body compared to other
mineral compounds.
